The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for the needs of entities belonging to the purchasing group in the period 1.1.2020 - 31.12.2021.

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law of 10.4.1997 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 755, as amended) for the purposes of the entities listed below and their organizational units:

1. The commune of Józefów on the Vistula, ul. Opolska 33 F, 24-340 Józefów nad Wisłą, POLAND

2. Karczmiska Commune, ul. Centralna 17, Karczmiska, 24-310 Karczmiska, POLAND

3. Chodel commune, ul. Partyzantów 24, 24-350 Chodel, POLAND

4. Łaziska Commune, Łaziska 76, 24-335 Łaziska, POLAND

5. Gmina Wilków, Wilków 62A, 24-313 Wilków, POLAND

6. Opole Lubelskie Commune, ul. Lubelska 4, 24-300 Opole Lubelskie, POLAND

7. Opolski Poviat, ul. Lubelska 4, 24-300 Opole Lubelskie, POLAND

and

8. Opolskie Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Sp. z o. o., ul. 600-lecia 8, 24-300 Opole Lubelskie, POLAND

The total estimated electricity consumption [MWh] for the period January 1, 2013 - December 31, 2121 is 10,250,718 MWh.

The material scope of the subject of the contract is specified in the detailed description of the subject of the contract (Annex 1 to the ToR), containing the location and description of the electricity consumption points and the contract template (Annex 4 to the ToR) together with Annex 1 (list of electricity consumption points covered by the contract) and No. 2 (power of attorney), constituting an integral part of this ToR.

This order does not include electricity distribution services.
