The appointment of technical advisors for the following disciplines: 1. Project Management Support 2. Architectural 3. Civil and Structural Engineering 4. Mechanical and Electrical Engineering to a multi-party framework to support the delivery of the next phase of the Government’s social housing public-private partnership (“PPP”) programme to be procured and delivered by the National Development Finance Agency (the “NDFA”), a business unit of the National Treasury Management Agency, for and on behalf of the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage (“DHLGH”).
