The purpose of this public contract is to conclude the insurance policies Persons, Property Damages, Liability and Automobile for Municipality and OCMW.

This assignment is a common occasional assignment.

Divided into the following plots:

Lot 1: personal insurance

Lot 2: material damage insurance

Lot 3: insurance liability

Lot 4: car insurance

The tenderer can submit a quotation for one plot, for multiple plots or for all plots together. Within one plot, a quotation must be submitted for all the shutters within that plot.

This concerns insurance of the type 'occupational accidents - Public sector law' and 'physical accidents' for members of the administrative bodies.

Note: This includes insurance of the type of 'fire and related hazards' and 'all risks to electronic material, art objects and various other materials'.

This concerns insurance of the type 'general civil liability and legal assistance', 'objective liability in the event of fire and explosion', liability of directors' and 'combined civil liability and physical accident policies'.

This concerns insurance of the type of fleet, 'omnium service trips'.
