The services concern: the completion of the study file for the possibility of removing level crossing No. 30 on the RN 330, the objective of which is to specify the issues affecting the operation, to present one or more families of variants of development responding to the issues identified and leading to the choice of a preferred variant which will be brought to the public inquiry; as defined by the government instruction relating to the procedures for developing investment and management operations on the national network of the Ministry of Ecological Transition of 29.4.2014, and its technical instruction relating to the procedures for developing operations investment and management on the national network in force and its subsequent updates. The production of communication documents, assistance to the contracting authority for the organization of the regulatory public consultation phase set out in Article L. 103-2 of the Town Planning Code.
