The procurement concerns framework agreements for annual inspection, annual service, repairs, delivery and installation of catering facilities, textile care and medical equipment disinfection equipment. Including water softener equipment/descaling equipment for incoming water.

Estimated value of the procurement: SEK 8 million.

Distributed as follows:

Kitchen equipment - 5 million

Textile care equipment - 1.5 million

Medical Device Disinfection Equipment – 1.5 million

Maximum value of the procurement (ceiling volume): SEK 9.8 million.

Distributed as follows:

Kitchen equipment - 6 million

Textile care equipment - 1.8 million

Medical device disinfection equipment - 2 million

No specific volume is guaranteed. If the ceiling volume is achieved, the framework agreement no longer has any effect. The buyer is entitled to early termination of the contract if the ceiling volume risks being exceeded during the term of the contract, this with three (3) months notice period.

Service agreements will be signed with one (1) supplier per equipment type (Kitchen equipment, Textile care equipment and Medical disinfection equipment).

Information regarding ESPD:

It appears when submitting the tender in E-Call that the bidder may choose to check-for/out of the ESPD form. It's an option and not a requirement to attach ESPD.
