The contest is for framework agreements for technical consultancy services for the preparation of development and sector sub-plans (in accordance with the Planning and Building ACT), HVAC and sanitary installation plans as well as different consultancy assignments related to building and construction for Lebesby municipality (henceforth referred to as the contracting authority).

The procurement value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain. Historically, the contracting authority has procured for approx. NOK 1.5 million excluding VAT a year in the last 3 years. The volume will be dependent on i.a. the contracting authority's requirements, activities, budget and other framework factors.

Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing up the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that this is not suitable for this type of contract.

Framework agreement.

The procurement will be regulated by the attached framework agreement. NS 8401, NS 8402 and NS 8403 will regulate each call-off on the framework agreement, with the amendments and supplements given in the contract.

The contracting authority shall sign a contract with one tenderer or several.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
