The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991, including works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting, water melioration, maintenance of tourist facilities and other works, i.e. to a limited extent of maintenance of forest roadsides, winter passability of forest roads, obtaining Christmas trees to be made in the Kościan Forest District in 2024.
The subject of the order has been divided into 9 parts (the "Package").
Package 1 – Jurkowo, Racot and Turew Forest Ranges1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991, including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting, water reclamation, maintenance of tourist facilities and other works, i.e. in the limited scope of maintenance of forest roadsides, winter passability of forest roads, obtaining Christmas trees to be made in the area of the Kościan Forest District in 2024, Jurkowo, Racot, Turew Forest Districts.
The material scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the total quantities of works resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference, which consists of:

Appendix No. 2.2. - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and locations;
Appendix No. 2.3.1. – characteristics of forestry in the field of timber harvesting;

Appendix No. 2.3.4. – list of items with additional difficulties in the field of harvesting and skidding;

The detailed description of the standard of technology for performing individual forest works (activities) specified in Annex 3.1 to the SWZ and in Annex 3.2 to the SWZ is the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). If the activity described in the above-mentioned annexes is not provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ and Annex No. 3.2. to the SWZ do not apply.
4) Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Appendix No. 3 to SWZ.
5) A description of the rules of the procedure for the acceptance of forest works is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
6) The Ordering Party is entitled to entrust the Contractor with an additional material scope in relation to the total number of all activities valued in each of the items of the offer estimate constituting part of the Offer ("Option"). Detailed information about the Option is contained in point II.2.11) of this announcement.
7) The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract - the provisions are contained in points 3.7-3.13 of the SWZ.
These contracts will consist in the repetition of services compatible with the services covered by this contract and services similar to them in the technological aspect of their performance.
The estimated value for Lot 1 of the contract, which does not include the value of the contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law and the option, is PLN 2,169,385.69 net.

7) The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract - the provisions are contained in points 3.7-3.13 of the SWZ.
These contracts will consist in the repetition of services compatible with the services covered by this contract and services similar to them in the technological aspect of their performance.
The estimated value for lot 8 of the contract, which does not include the value of the contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law and options, is PLN 459,014.20 net.
Package 9 – Machine harvesting and harvesting of wood in the area of the Kaszczor and Olejnica Forest Ranges1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests, including works in the field of timber harvesting and harvesting to be performed in the area of the Kościan Forest District in 2024, Kaszczor and Olejnica Forest Districts.
The material scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the total quantities of works resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference, which consists of:
Appendix No. 2.1. – planned size of works;
Appendix No. 2.2. - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and locations;
Appendix No. 2.3.1. – characteristics of forestry in the field of timber harvesting;
Appendix No. 2.3.2. – assortment system of timber harvesting in forestry;
Attachment No. 2.3.3. – a list of distances and conditions of harvesting wood;
Appendix No. 2.3.4. – list of items with additional difficulties in the field of harvesting and skidding;
Appendix No. 2.3.5. – list of items not made available for machine acquisition;
Appendix No. 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology of obtaining wood (potential);
2) The material scopes listed in the appendices included in Appendix 2 are estimates.
3) Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject matter of the contract are specified in Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Reference, which consists of:
Appendix 3.1. "Description of the standard of forestry work execution technology";
Appendix 3.2. Description of the standard of forestry works execution technology in the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Poznań adopted by Decision No. 40 of the Regional Director of the State Forests in Poznań of October 10, 2023 on the implementation of the Regional description of the standard of forest works execution technology.
The detailed description of the standard of technology for performing individual forest works (activities) specified in Annex 3.1 to the SWZ and in Annex 3.2 to the SWZ is the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). If the activity described in the above-mentioned annexes is not provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ and Annex No. 3.2. to the SWZ do not apply.
4) Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Appendix No. 3 to SWZ.
5) A description of the rules of the procedure for the acceptance of forest works is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
6) The Ordering Party is entitled to entrust the Contractor with an additional material scope in relation to the total number of all activities valued in each of the items of the offer estimate constituting part of the Offer ("Option"). Detailed information about the Option is contained in point II.2.11) of this announcement.
