The building cleaning services described below are advertised by:

City of Plettenberg, Grünestraße 12, 58840 Plettenberg

The tender relates to the services:

- Maintenance cleaning and day service

- basic cleaning

- Representative cleaning

- Sonderreinigungen

The objects to be cleaned are municipal buildings managed by the client in the urban area of Plettenberg. These are mainly schools, sports and multi-purpose halls, day-care and youth leisure facilities as well as administrative buildings. The details of the objects can be found in the attachment "Object information".

Details on intervals, types and scopes of the services to be provided can be found in the service description and appendices, in particular in the price sheets. The client reserves the right to increase and/or reduce the areas and intervals to be cleaned without a new award procedure within the framework of § 132 GWB.

The system "Object Information" is understood as an up-to-date list of the buildings currently to be cleaned. The client reserves the right to increase and / or reduce the surfaces and intervals to be cleaned.

The individual awarding of trades is not planned. All trades with all individual services are to be offered.

The submission of the price sheets "call-off services" is not relevant to the award and is therefore voluntary. The prices entered there are not binding, but should represent a basis for negotiation in the event of the subsequent commissioning of special services.
