The work consists of 2 parts, namely: the new construction for RENN4 permanent and temporary accommodation (rental units) for the IKC Opwierde and Olingertil and construction of the associated outdoor space. The building is 1 building which will be set up in 2 building parts with a total gross floor area of approximately 4 150 m2. After the temporary housing of both IKCs, the total gross floor area will be reduced to approximately 2 400 m2, for this part the life cycle of at least 40 years applies.
