1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy law and implementing regulations. The order was divided into two parts: 1) Lot 1 - Purchase of electricity for the consumption points of the Municipality of Gryfino and its organizational units; 2) Part 2 - Purchase of electricity for the Gryfino House of Culture and its subordinate village clubs. 2. The material scope of the subject of the contract covered by these proceedings for individual parts of the contract is specified in a detailed description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 8 and No. 8A – 8B to the SWZ, constituting at the same time Annex No. 1 to the contract.
