The Saarbrücken Regional Association (client) intends to award planning services with regard to outdoor facilities for the new building for the extension of the Warndtgymnasium Völklingen as well as the redesign of the entire schoolyard, service phases 1 to 9 of the scope of services for object planning for outdoor facilities in accordance with § 39 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 11.1 to the HOAI as well as the following special services:
• Query of supra-local and regional association-owned lines (supply and disposal) and incorporation of the lines into the planning.
• Preparation of a flood certificate according to DIN for the areas to be planned.
In recent years, there has been a steady increase in the number of pupils, and this trend continues unchanged. At the moment, the grammar school is schooled with a 3-course. This regulation will no longer be adequate due to the increasing number of pupils.
A restructuring into the 4-speed is indispensable. For this reason, additional school buildings are being built. The new building is still in the planning phase. With the open space planning, the new school building is to be integrated into the existing areas. The planning services to be provided for the outdoor facility must be based on the building concept created so far. The building concept results in constraints for the development of the buildings (accessibility, accessibility, etc.). In addition, the entire schoolyard is to be modernized. The new school building will have additional classrooms, rooms for the voluntary all-day school and a canteen. The new school building will be erected on the school's existing sports field.
With the open space planning, the schoolyard is to be completely reorganized. Two planning areas have been created for this purpose (see Appendix 2 to the client's project description dated 23.06.2023). In plan area 1, a completely new schoolyard is to be built. In this area, recreational facilities and sports and play facilities are to be built. The system is to be adapted to the upcoming new building. Existing systems are to be integrated into the new planning, insofar as they still make sense.
Plan area 2 is to be implemented at intervals. However, the area is to become part of the overall concept.
The two plan areas are considered as individual objects.
In the present case, the intention is to commission work phases 1 to 9 for the planning of outdoor facilities as well as the following special services:
• Inquiry of supra-local and regional association-owned pipelines (supply and disposal) and familiarization with the planning
• Preparation of a flood proof for the areas to be planned.
