The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide studies and assistance to project management for the monitoring of Sipperec's public service delegations.The Framework Agreement is divided into lots as follows:Lot 1: South-West Territory of Île-de-France. Lot 2: North-East Territory of Île-de-France.
Lot 1 - South-West territory of Île-de-Francethis lot is composed of the departments of Essonne (91), Hauts-De-Seine (92), Yvelines (78) and the territorial public establishment Grand-Orly Seine-Bièvre (T12)
lot 2 - North-East territory of Île-de-Francethis lot is composed of the departments of Val-D'Oise (95), Seine-Saint-Denis (93), Seine-Et-Marne (77) and the territorial public institutions Parisestmarne&Bois (T10) and Grand Paris Sud Est Avenir (T11)
