The subject of the contract is a Framework Agreement (QA) with a single economic operator, with no guaranteed minimum, pursuant to art. 59, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 36/2023, for the assignment of the fixed-term employment administration service, for the following professional profiles and for the periods of time that, presumably, are necessary to meet the needs of the individual services of the Administration:

- Performer – Expert Operators Area (former category B/B1);

- Administrative/Accounting/Technical Instructor – Instructor Area (former category C/C1);

- Administrative/Accounting/Technical Management Instructor – Officials Area – High Qualification- (former category D/D1);

The basic amount of the tender subject to reduction is equal to € 416,000.00 excluding VAT, as the maximum amount of the Agency's margin in the four-year period.

The total amount based on the tender is net of VAT.

The agency margin, up to a maximum of 10%, is applied to the fixed gross hourly rate. This value, for the duration of the contract, including any renewal:

• it was calculated in the total amount of € 416,000.00 (four hundred and sixteen thousand.00);

• it is purely indicative and corresponds to the number of workers – and related professional classifications – that the Administration expects to employ during the duration of the Framework Agreement;

• the VAT is applied to the same, presumably calculated in the amount of € 91,520.00 (no-twenty-one thousand five hundred and twenty.00);

The statutory VAT rate is only payable on the Agency margin.
