The purpose of this adoption is to carry out the cleanliness maintenance of motorway, regional and carpool car parks in the province of Flemish Brabant along regional and motorways that are managed by the Agency for Roads and Traffic (and for which no concession agreement has been concluded) .

It concerns the periodic emptying of mini-containers and disposal of waste and litter. Sweeping and mowing services and disposal of sludge dump on these car parks are also part of this adoption.

The contract mainly comprises:

- Emptying waste bins in parking and rest areas.

- Picking up and removing litter and waste in parking and resting areas.

- Picking up and removing litter and waste on roadsides, embankments and canals.

- Periodic cleaning of rest area furniture and bins.

- The periodic maintenance of resting place furniture and waste bins.

- Repairing damage to rest area furniture and waste bins.

- Sweeping pavements, trenches and edge strips.

- Periodic mowing of grass areas in parking and resting areas.

- Performing directorial work insofar as these works cannot be reimbursed according to the other posts of the border and are not a contracting burden.

- Placing, maintaining and deleting all regulatory site signaling required for the execution of all the aforementioned works.
