The possibility of roofing and installing a PV system on the roof should be retained. The parking space is to be built in such a way that it is possible to retrofit e-charging stations.

The scope of the services to be provided by the contractor results from the contract "Planning and Building" and the facilities.

The contractor must carefully check the contract components with the expertise of an experienced planner for contradictions, gaps, errors, discrepancies and ambiguities and inform the client of such immediately in writing. The contracting parties agree that this obligation also applied at the stage of contract initiation.

The award procedure is subject to the approval of the financing (cost estimate) by the Supervisory Board. The decision is expected to take place in March 2023.
