The object of the procurement is the rights to use the Liferay software product, the maintenance, distribution and management service of the software product and, to a minor extent, separately ordered expert services as specified in more detail in the invitation to tender and its appendices.

The Customer shall acquire named Products in the sections specified in Appendix 4 for the applicable number of users in accordance with the terms of the procurement agreement. In the Distribution Service, the Supplier provides a distribution channel for products to the Customers and the Customer. Other Liferay products may also be procured to a limited extent under the terms of the agreement. The Customer requests a quote from the Supplier for these products before placing an order.

The estimated value of the acquisition is approximately EUR 450,000.

In the Distribution Service, the Supplier provides a distribution channel for products to the Customers and the Customer.
