Selection phase: The selection guide is the first stage of the restricted procedure. At this stage, the suitability of the company is determined. Subsequently, five (5) Candidates will be invited to the second phase of the Restricted Procedure, the award phase. The manner in which the selection of candidates takes place is included in section 1.4.

Award phase: The assessment in the award phase takes place on the basis of the best Price-Quality Ratio (PKV), whereby in the award phase, in addition to the price, the following will be assessed on: Functional wishes / services / Implementation plan / Sustainability.

B2B rides.

Gunningsfase

Candidates invited to the award phase will receive a Tender Invitation, on the basis of which they can submit a tender. The assessment in the award phase will take place on the basis of the best Price-Quality Ratio (PKV), whereby in the award phase, in addition to the price, the following will be assessed:

• Functional wishes / services;

• Implementatieplan;

• Durability.
