The framework agreement includes construction works new constructions / renovation buildings / surface + underground installations.

Each mission of the framework agreement may include the following works in a non-exhaustive manner depending on the type of project and need: demolitions, earthworks, structural work, partitioning, various finishing, techn. Spec. (ventilation, El BT / MT, sanitary, install reporting) asbestos removal. Market in 2 lots.

As a market constituting a framework agreement, the STIB will in no way be bound by an obligation to place an order during the said period.

the framework agreement does not in any way constitute an exclusive order of the STIB reserves the right, where appropriate, to award under other procedures contracts for similar work. Each batch of the AC will be concluded with 4 operators max and duration 2 years (possible 2 renewals of 2 years) possible annual cancellation date anniversary reserved to the STIB + operators with notice of 6 months. Markets awarded on the CA will be awarded according to cascade: modalities cf. CCS.
