The subject of the order is to receive, transport and use all types of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Municipality of Ropczyce, during the period from 01 January 2022 to 31 December 2022, to ensure that the relevant levels are achieved: preparation for the reuse and recycling of municipal waste and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, in accordance with the applicable provisions, in particular the Maintenance of Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities, the Waste Act, and according to the Rules of Maintenance of Purity and Order in the Municipality of Ropczyce applicable to the extent relating to the contract and not contrary to the current wording of the Law on Maintenance of Purity and Order in Municipalities.
1. The subject of the order is the collection, transport and development of all types of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Municipality of Ropczyce, during the period from 01 January 2022 to 31 December 2022, in a manner that ensures the achievement of the appropriate levels: preparation for the reuse and recycling of municipal waste and limitation of mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, in accordance with the applicable provisions, in particular the Law on Maintenance of Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities, the Waste Act, and in accordance with the Rules of Maintenance of Purity and Order in the Municipality of Ropczyce applicable to the extent relating to the contract and not contrary to the current wording of the Law on Maintenance of Purity and Order in Municipalities. The subject of the contract covers 5431 items of properties defined in Annex 2 to SIVZ, including 81 in the multi-family development area of Ropczyce, hereinafter referred to as “MW” and 5350 in the single-family and homestead and multi-family development area outside the city hereinafter referred to as “MN, MR”, as defined in Annex No 2 to the SWZ.
2. On the basis of the quantities of municipal waste received in the Municipality of Ropczyce in previous periods, the mass of individual types of municipal waste, during the period of execution of the contract, shall be estimated:
1) paper (including cardboard, packaging waste from paper and packaging waste from cardboard) - 85 Mg,
2) metals, including packaging waste from metals, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste and multi-plant packaging waste - 490 Mg,
3) Glass— 450 Mg,
4) biowaste (bio) — 70 Mg,
5) cold ash- 140 Mg,
6) worn tyres- 40 Mg,
7) large-size waste - 150 Mg,
8) construction and demolition waste - 120 Mg,
9) consumed electrical and electronic appliance- 40 Mg,
10) green waste - 65 Mg,
11) expired medicines - 0.3 Mg,
12) waste oils and waste of liquid fuels without edible oils - 0,5 Mg,
13) paints and packaging after paint- 1,5 Mg
14) clothing, textiles - 1 Mg.
15) unsegregated (mixed) — 2800 Mg,
3. The amount of waste referred to in point 2 is an estimated value determined on the basis of the quantity of municipal waste collected in the Municipal Ropczyce in previous periods. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce or increase the amount of waste received and processed in respect of the quantity specified in point 2 resulting from the actual amount of waste taken and developed. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim for the reduction of the amount of waste referred to in point 2. Any change in the estimated quantity referred to in point 2 will not result in additional costs to the Contracting Authority, other than the settlement for the actual quantity received and landscaped waste according to the unit prices specified in the contract. The existence of the circumstances in question will result in a corresponding reduction or increase in the remuneration due to the Contractor under the Agreement.
