The object of the contract is the provision of the maintenance service of the public road (Rapid Intervention Unit – UIR), of Sant Andreu de la Barca. The scope of the public road is the road space corresponding to the municipal public domain and spaces of municipal availability, within the consolidated urban land of Sant Andreu de la Barca.

The elements that make up the public road, and that will be subject to maintenance, are the paving network and urban furniture. The service will be defined as preventive, corrective, activation of emergency and emergency plans 24h/365d.
