1. The subject of the contract is services consisting of the collection and management of municipal waste from inhabited properties located within the City of Kobyłka, from the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK) and the collection and development of municipal waste from wild dumps.
2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is annexes 2 and 2a to the SWZ.
3. As regards the method of settlement, the following order ranges are distinguished:
1) scope A (execution of the object of the contract outside of scope B) — remuneration for 1 Mg of received and developed municipal waste broken down by fractions,
2) range B - remuneration for 1 Mg of collected and developed municipal waste from the decommissioning of wild dumps,
3) range C — services covered by the right of option.
