The contest concerns a contract for laboratory and analysis services.

The value of the procurement is anticipated to be approx. NOK 2.5 million excluding VAT per year. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.

Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority considered dividing the assignment but has decided that it is not suitable for this type of procurement.

Contract

The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract, with the accompanying standard terms and the contracting authority's ethical guidelines for the tenderer.

The contract duration will be from and including 01.02.2024 until it is terminated.

The contracting authority will enter into a joint agreement for participating companies and 1 tenderer.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
