Framework agreement with purchase orders with a minimum but no maximum expressed in quantities, under the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. The minimum quantities per lot and per establishment for the entire duration of the public contract are indicated in Annex 1 of the CCTP: catalog of requirements.
