The subject of the contract is the successive supply of fuels in the cashless sales system for the Municipality of Wałbrzych and other units.

The subject of the contract is the successive purchase of fuel, i.e. unleaded gasoline and diesel fuel in the non-cash sales system, by means of fuel cards, for vehicles/machines/construction equipment used by the Ordering Party, in accordance with the current needs of the Ordering Party, during the period indicated in § 5 of the draft agreement, consisting in particular on

1) Refueling of fuel directly into the tanks of the Ordering Authority's vehicles at the Contractor's fuel station, using fuel cards issued to the registration number of each of the vehicles used (indicated by the Ordering Party in Annex 1 to the Agreement),

2) Refueling of fuel into canisters by means of fuel cards issued to the bearer, i.e. responsible persons (indicated by the Ordering Party in Annex 1 to the Agreement) in the case of machinery and construction equipment of the Ordering Party

- at all fuel stations of the Contractor, including at least one service station located within the city of Wałbrzych within the Śródmieście district or at a service station not more than 3 km from the Śródmieście district, which will be open for 24 hours daily for 7 days a week, in accordance with the current demand of the Ordering Party.

The subject of the contract is the sale and successive delivery to the Department of Segregation and Waste Management at 43 Beethovena Street in Wałbrzych of diesel fuel to a container fuel station in a cashless sales system.
