All the services covered by the service in question are described in the Specifications. Tender amount: € 1,599,647.76 + VAT, of which € 702,385.98 subject to discount and € 897,261.78 + VAT for labour costs separated from the discount, over € 35,150.00 + VAT for security charges deriving from interference risks not subject to reduction, for a total of € 1,634,797.76 + VAT.

The collective agreements applied:

- for those in charge of opening, water, food and animal care and for those in charge of administrative activities, adoptions and switchboard: CCNL cleaning services and integrated/multi-service services signed on 8/6/2021, as well as renewal of the CCNL for staff employed by companies operating cleaning, pest control and integrated/multi-service services, signed on 26/11/2021

- for dog trainers: CCNL - cooperatives in the social-health-welfare-educational and job placement sector, signed on 28/3/2019.

All the services covered by the service in question are described in the Specifications. Subcontracting: The tenderer shall indicate at the time of the tender the parts of the service which he intends to subcontract. In accordance with the provisions of art. 119 of the Code, in the absence of such indications, subcontracting is prohibited. The activities referred to in art. 119, paragraph 3 of the Code. Payments will be made directly to the subcontractor in the cases referred to in paragraph 11 of the same Article 119. Deposits and guarantees required: Provisional in the amount of € 55,583.12 equal to 2% of the total value of the procedure, to be provided in the manner set out in art. 106 of Legislative Decree no. n.36/2023. The guarantee must be valid for at least 270 days from the date of submission of the offer. The successful bidder will have to provide the final one as per art. 117 of Legislative Decree no. no. 36 of 2023 and the insurance policy referred to in art. 25 of the Specifications. Legal form to be taken by the Temporary Grouping of Competitors: The participation of economic operators in individual or associated form is allowed, according to the provisions of art. 65 of Legislative Decree no. n.36 of 2023, provided that they meet the requirements prescribed by this announcement and by the tender regulations. Method of determining the fee: per body and per measure. In relation to the institution of reliance, reference should be made to the provisions of art. 104 of Legislative Decree no. n.36 of 2023.
