The science city of Darmstadt intends to build a new elementary school and day care center with a two-field sports hall in the Lincoln settlement in Darmstadt.

The building will be built in solid construction with load-bearing outer walls and columns as well as economical ceiling spans and stiffening cores. The partitions to the learning landscapes are designed as transparent system partitions in a mullion-transom construction.

Overall dimensions LxWxH: approx. 96 x 65 x 8 m (over the terrain)

The subject of the tendered services is the provision of the final cleaning work for the aforementioned project. The final cleaning of the building is planned from the beginning of week 21, 2021 to the end of week 23, 2021.
