The contract is for gas servicing, maintenance and repair works to domestic and commercial properties including blocks and any associated repairs and boiler installs. It also includes for servicing, maintenance and repairs to oil, solid fuel, air-source and bio-mass appliances. LDC/EHL reserve the right to introduce servicing, maintenance and repairs works to solar thermal appliances and hydrogen powered appliances into the contract during its term, this could also include installation.
