The contract concerns the redevelopment of Place Léopold, Parc Léopold and construction of an underground car park under Espace Léopold.
This contract is divided into five lots:
- lot nº 1 - infrastructure and facilities;
- lot nº 2 - HVAC and sanitary;
- lot nº 3 - elevator;
- lot nº 4 - electricity;
- lot nº 5 - fountains.
The partial execution deadlines for lots 2 to 5 are included in the 900 calendar days deadline for lot 1.
