Project Management Market in the town of VAILLY SUR AISNE - Construction of about twenty rental housing and acquisition improvement of an old building for the creation of some moments and shops in the town center - Rue Legry and General Charpentier

The purpose of this consultation is to select three teams who will then be admitted to submit a tender under the project management contract. As part of its orientations, the OPH of Aisne supports the municipalities registered in the network of "Small Towns of Tomorrow". The town of Vailly sur Aisne offers two neighbouring sites in the town centre. The objective is twofold: - reconquer a visually very present building (building "Art Deco", facing the church) rue Legry, vacant for about ten years - Densify a fallow urban block of about 2,700 m², occupying a large facade on the rue du Général Charpentier (78 linear m). This place includes a dwelling and various annexes to be demolished. This project will make it possible to meet a demand for housing rather dedicated to seniors. Budget control and management of both aesthetic (omnipresence of ABF) and thermal (RE2020 -10%) requirements will be the challenges for this operation. The missions that will be entrusted to the team awarded the contract will be: Basic missions: ESQ/DIAG - APS - APD - PRO - ACT - VISA - DET - AOR - Complementary missions PSE:- Scheduling, steering and coordination (OPC)-Specific 3D graphic documents (at least two views per site for communication-marketing)-Energy feasibility study -Thermal study-Acoustic study-Assistance in the collection of documents necessary for the valorization of EWCs (Certificate energy saving)
