The subject of the contract is: a) provision of technical support services for Oracle Software Update License & Support software levels Software Updates and Product Support for Oracle products held by the Ordering Party, b) purchase of rights to use Oracle Paas & IaaS Universal Credit or equivalent service, c) provision of support services in the form of expert consultations in the area of maintenance of ODA equipment environments in the field of database products installed on the ODA equipment owned by the Ordering Party, including the implementation of scheduled work (installations, reconfigurations, migrations and other agreed works) remotely and on-site installation of ODA equipment (machines) in the amount of 144 hours during the term of the contract in accordance with a predetermined schedule; d) THE RIGHT OF OPTION: The Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the Option Right in the event of exceeding the pool of hours referred to in point c) above, up to 40 hours.

The subject of the Order is:

a) providing technical support services for Oracle Software Update Software & Support database software levels Software Updates and Product Support for Oracle products owned by the Ordering Party,

b) purchase rights to use Oracle Paas & IaaS Universal Credit or equivalent service,

c) providing support services in the form of expert consultations in the area of maintenance of ODA equipment environments in the field of database products installed on the ODA equipment owned by the Ordering Party, including the implementation of planned works (installations, reconfigurations, migrations and other agreed works) remotely and on-site installation of ODA equipment (machines) in the amount of 144 hours during the term of the contract in accordance with a previously agreed schedule;

d) RIGHT OF OPTION: The Contracting Authority reserves the right to exercise the Option Rights in the event of exceeding the pool of hours referred to in point c) above, in the scope of ensuring by the Contractor the provision of support services in the form of expert consultations in the area of maintenance of ODA equipment environments in the field of database products installed on the ODA equipment owned by the Ordering Party, including the implementation of planned works (installations, reconfigurations, migrations and other agreed work) remotely and on-site installation of ODA equipment (machines) of up to 40 hours during the contract period in accordance with a predetermined schedule.
