The subject of the contract is: "Collection and management of municipal waste from
owners of inhabited real estate, recreational and leisure properties
from the zielonki commune, as well as from 2 Selective Waste Collection Points
Municipal (PSZOK)".
The subject of the contract includes the collection and management of municipal waste indicated in the description
orders from owners of inhabited real estate, real estate
recreation and recreation from the area of the Zielonki commune, in a way that ensures
achieving adequate levels of recycling, preparing for re-processing
use and recovery by other methods in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September
1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888 of
Subsequent. as amended) and the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the area
Zielonki Commune (Resolution No. XXIII/135/2020 of the Zielonki Commune Council of 17
December 2020).

1. The subject of the contract includes:
1.1. Collection and management of municipal waste indicated in the description
orders from owners of inhabited real estate, real estate
recreation and recreation from the area of the Zielonki commune, in a way that ensures
achieving adequate levels of recycling, preparing for re-processing
use and recovery by other methods in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September
1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888 of
Subsequent. as amended) and the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the area
Zielonki Commune (Resolution No. XXIII/135/2020 of the Zielonki Commune Council of 17
December 2020).
1.2. The municipal waste collection system shall not cover municipal waste
arising as a result of running a business.
1.3. The system for collecting municipal waste from generation sites does not include
collection of hazardous waste, expired medicines, chemicals,
waste ineligible as medical waste arising in
households as a result of taking medicinal products in
the form of injection and monitoring of the level of the substance in the blood, in
in particular needles and syringes, and waste batteries and accumulators.
1.4. The Contractor is obliged to hand over the received non-segregated
(mixed) municipal waste for municipal installations and for
transfer of separately collected municipal waste directly or for
through another waste collector at the recovery facility, or
waste disposal, in accordance with the hierarchy of treatments with
waste referred to in Article 17 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012
(consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699).
