Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council are inviting expressions of interest for Maintenance, Breakdowns, Repairs to Building Energy Management Systems Preventative and Reactive Maintenance, Remote Support and Bureau Services Sited within Public Buildings and Schools Maintained by Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council.

The contract will involve the provision of Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance of the entire Building Energy Management Systems at premises occupied and / or managed by the Authority, including Remote Support and Bureau Services on a 24 hour / 365 (6) days per year basis.

The approximate financial value of the works will be circa GBP 550 000 over a 3-year period and the contract period will be a maximum 36 months with an option, dependant on performance and the discretion of the Council of a further 12 months. The Authority does not guarantee this value.

All enquiries related to the PQQ should be directed through the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal 'Correspondence' function by no later than 17:00hrs on 21.2.2014. The Council is under no obligation to respond to any enquiries received after this date.

PQQ's must be submitted through the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal by no later than 12:00 Noon on 27.2.2014 which is the date fixed for submission of responses to the PQQ.
