As part of an 'Additional agreement/assignment to GR Nieuw Reijerwaard' dated 13 September 2011, the GRNR was commissioned to 'realize parking facilities for waiting parkers.
In the integration plan, the establishment of a (collective) parking facility/(public) truck parking space has been made possible for the land designated 'Business Park'. For the land with this destination, the integration plan also makes it possible to realize 'a motor fuel point without LPG'.
The development of a truck park and filling station offers the possibility of linking with various other functions and objectives. GRNR has seen the opportunity on Lot H to realize the above assignments regarding a truck parking and a gas station and now wishes to proceed with the sale of this contiguous lot.
