Stadtentwicklungsgesellschaft Hansestadt Herford mbH is currently planning and realizing the renovation of the mostly vacant buildings of the former Hammersmith barracks for long-term use by the North Rhine-Westphalia University of Finance (FHF NRW). Three of the buildings (houses 2, 3 and 4) are to be renovated and are intended for long-term use as living spaces for up to 360 students and lecturers. In order to accommodate the required spatial program in the houses, they are given a further floor as an extension and an additional staggered floor; the existing attics will be dismantled for this purpose. The subject of the work to be carried out in this trade is the vegetation-related work for the outside area surrounding the houses.
