Białystok CHP Plant Branch in dry form – waste code 10 01 03, which, after obtaining the decision of the Marshal's Office by the Contracting Authority, will receive the status of a combustion by-product, in the amount of up to 15 000 tonnes in the period from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024
