1) Reception and management of municipal waste directly from all property inhabited in the territory of the Municipality of Zduńska Wola and waste collected selectively from the Municipal Waste Collection Point located in the village of Tymienice in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable waste transferred to storage in accordance with the provisions of law in this regard and collection

2) The subject of the order is covered by 3,223 collection points of inhabited property and property used for recreational summer purposes. The listed properties have a population of 10,041.
3) In addition, the Ordering Party informs that the subject of the contract is covered by multi-scale buildings and properties of the Ordering Party in the number of 8, (in the quantity of 91 premises).
4) A detailed description of the object of the contract is set out in Annex 4 to SWZ - Model contract, in which detailed the scope of the delivery of waste collection and management is fulfilled.
