Design and execution of construction works for the task entitled: "Expansion and retrofitting of technical facilities of Koleje Śląskie sp. z o. o. in Katowice".
1. Required deadline for contract performance – 24 months from the date of signing the public procurement agreement, including:
a) Preparation of design documentation necessary for the proper performance of all construction works and obtaining for it all required opinions, agreements, approvals, conditions, decisions and permits necessary for the implementation of the subject of the contract: 12 months from the signing of the Agreement,
b) Execution of all construction works in accordance with the scope of the contract on the basis of the design documentation developed by the Contractor and approved by the Contracting Authority: 24 months from the date of signing the Agreement.
2. The deadline for the completion of the Agreement (performance of the Agreement) shall be deemed to have been met upon the fulfilment of the conditions and on the terms set out in the documentation of the proceedings (Terms of Reference).
1. Implementation of the task entitled: Design and execution of construction works for the task called "Expansion and retrofitting of the technical facilities of Koleje Śląskie sp. z o. o. in Katowice". The investment will be carried out in the "Design and Build" system.
2. The purpose of the investment is to expand the rolling stock repair hall with internal installations, a car wash and an underfloor lathe, to organize the track system and the related reconstruction of the traction network, as well as to build/rebuild the necessary external installations and to build a comprehensive railway traffic control system for the entire siding along with the necessary works in the accompanying industries.
3. The entire subject matter of the contract includes the performance of:
3.1 Design documentation necessary for the proper performance of all construction works and obtaining for it all required opinions, agreements, approvals, conditions, decisions and permits necessary for the implementation of the subject matter of the contract;
3.2 All construction works in accordance with the scope of the contract on the basis of the design documentation developed by the Contractor and approved by the Contracting Authority, referred to in the above-mentioned clause 3.1, and all preparatory works necessary for the performance of the scope of the Agreement, together with the performance of all activities required by law;
3.3. Carry out a conformity assessment of each structural infrastructure subsystem covered by the scope of the contract at each stage (design, construction and final testing of the subsystem).
3.4 The contract covers the design and execution of works in the field of rolling stock repair hall, car wash and delivery, as well as the installation of an underfloor lathe and the execution of accompanying works divided into the following disciplines:
• Track industry with drainage and reinforcement of the subgrade;
• Energy industry – overhead contact line;
• Energy industry – lighting, removal of energy collisions;
• Sanitary installations industry – reconstruction of collision facilities and sanitary network equipment and equipment of cubature facilities;
• Architecture industry;
• Construction and construction industry;
• Electrical industry of buildings;
• Sanitary and building industry;
• Telecommunication industry of building structures;
• Telecommunication industry – reconstruction of existing collisions and construction of elements necessary for the SRK system (e.g. TVU);
• Geotechnical industry;
4. The Contracting Authority points out that the entire subject matter of the contract should be performed in accordance with the Terms of Reference, the provisions of generally applicable law, the Contracting Authority's regulations, standards, construction law and the principles of technical knowledge and construction art.
5. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to have a team consisting of at least the following persons:
1) Project Team - in accordance with the content of Section IV, Section 5, Item 1) of the Terms of Reference,
2) Construction Management Team – in accordance with Section IV, Section 5, Item 2) of the Terms of Reference.
6. The above requirement is the minimum requirement of the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to have at its disposal personnel enabling effective and proper performance of the contract. The Contractor whose offer will be selected as the most advantageous will be obliged to present the List of persons assigned to perform the contract together with copies of current qualifications and certificates of membership in the relevant professional association.
