Utrecht University of Applied Sciences invites interested market participants to participate in the tender Translation Services on the basis of a European public procedure, as laid down in the Procurement Act 2012.

The purpose of this tender is to select and contract one (1) provider for the provision of Translation Services.

The contract is awarded to the tenderer who has issued the tender with the best price-quality ratio.

The purpose of this tender is to reach a Framework Agreement with one Contractor for the provision of translation services to Utrecht University of Applied Sciences. The Assignment is awarded to the Enroller who submitted the Best Value for Enrollment.

Through this tender, Utrecht University of Applied Sciences wishes to achieve the following objectives:

— ensure a good quality of translation and associated service,

— uniformity and consistency in quality of all translations (jargon/terminology);

— construction of translation memory for Utrecht University of Applied Sciences.

The Framework Agreement to be concluded has a two-year contract period, starting from 25.10.2021 (subject to change), with an option for Utrecht University of Applied Sciences up to two times an extension of up to twelve months. The maximum duration of the Framework Agreement is therefore four years. The maximum contract value based on four years is: EUR 240 000 excluding VAT and EUR 290 400, - including VAT.
