The purpose of this consultation is to carry out energy studies of buildings on the assets of local authorities that are members of the SDE35: energy audit, dynamic thermal simulation. The audit should allow local authorities to have, for each of the scenarios requested, a clear vision of the investments to be made but also an analysis of the overall operating cost over 30 years including maintenance, operation, necessary investments and up-to-date energy. The studies will be carried out on the built heritage of the local authorities adhering to the Sde35 (municipalities and Epci) located on the territory of the department of Ille et Vilaine
