Granting and servicing a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 11,623,400. (in words: eleven million six hundred twenty-three thousand four hundred zlotys). The loan disbursement date is assumed to be 27 December 2023.
The Contracting Authority expects the Contractor to provide in the agreement for the possibility of changing the date of using the loan to meet the needs of the Borrower, in the period until 29.12.2023. The instalments will be repaid by the 30th day of the month ending the calendar quarter.
The interest on the loan will be repaid monthly until the last day of each month, after the 1st tranche of the loan is disbursed. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Chapter 3 in points 3.1 to 3.13. terms of reference.
Order description:
1) The credit will be used as follows:
1 For the construction and furnishing of a new kindergarten building in Żagań - 6,300,000.00
2 To finance the Municipality's own contribution in the implementation of the project entitled "Preservation and increase of accessibility to the cultural heritage resources of the Prince's Palace and elements of the Park and Palace Complex in Żagań" – PLN 202,000.00.
3. To finance the ineligible costs of the project entitled "Preservation and increase of accessibility to the cultural heritage resources of the Prince's Palace and elements of the Park and Palace Complex in Żagań" - PLN 653,000.00.
4. For the advance financing of financial activities from the European Union budget under the project entitled "Preservation and increasing the accessibility to the cultural heritage resources of the Prince's Palace and elements of the Park and Palace Complex in Żagań"
- PLN 606,000.00
5. To finance the commune's own contribution in the implementation of the project entitled "Replacement of heat sources in residential buildings in the city of Żagań" – PLN 950,000.00.
6. For the advance financing of financial activities from the European Union budget under the project entitled "Replacement of heat sources in residential buildings in the city of Żagań" – PLN 950,000.00.
7. For the advance financing of financial activities from the European Union budget under the project entitled "Thermal modernization of the buildings of the Municipal Kindergarten No. 2, the Municipal Kindergarten No. 3 and the Branch of the Municipal Kindergarten No. 5 in Żagań" – PLN 660,000.00.
8. To finance the commune's own contribution to the implementation of the project entitled "Thermal modernization of the buildings of the Municipal Kindergarten No. 2, the Municipal Kindergarten No. 3 and the Branch of the Municipal Kindergarten No. 5 in Żagań" - PLN 431,100.00.
9. To finance the commune's own contribution in the implementation of investments financed from the Government Fund – Polish Ład – PLN 871,300.00.
