This consultation relates to:- A: preventive and corrective maintenance of the flexible and rigid multi-brand endoscopy fleet- B: preventive and corrective maintenance of the multi-brand ultrasound machine fleet (probes and ultrasound machines)- C: preventive and corrective maintenance of medical gas networks and sockets and vacuum units for medical use- supply of parts deemed to be consumable, spare parts and accessories and standard exchanges associated with these maintenance servicesThe The nature of the services and the conditions for their performance are defined in the CCTP and its annexesThe services offered by the candidate must take into account the regulatory or normative documents in force, they will comply with the laws, regulations and approved French standards in force. Each lot will be the subject of a framework agreement which will be awarded to a single economic operator, and will give rise to the issuance of purchase orders as and when required
