The subject of the contract is: performance of construction works involving the renovation of buildings along with the development of plots of land at Przędzalniana 49 and 51, including:

Renovation and reconstruction of multi-apartment buildings at 49 and 51 Przędzalniana St. with a change in the use of part of the ground floors of buildings for studios for artists, renovation of external parts of outbuildings of storage rooms, reconstruction of several rooms, with a change in use, on the backroom of the storehouse of outbuilding of storage rooms at ul. . Przędzalniana No. 51, development of plots along with the execution and assembly of the fence at ul. Spinning No. 49.

Based on Article. 29 paragraph 3a of the Public Procurement Law, the Employer requires employment by a Contractor or a subcontractor based on an employment contract of persons performing activities in the field of general construction, construction and installation works. (§ 25 and 19 of the model contract - annex 7 to the ToR)

The subject of this proceeding is "Renovation of buildings along with development of plots at 49 and 51 Przędzalniana Street" under the Program: "The Trail of Textile Architecture. Revitalization of Księży Młyn "including renovation and reconstruction of multi-apartment buildings at 49 and 51 Przędzalniana St. with a change in the use of part of the ground floors of buildings to studios for artists, renovation of some outbuildings of tenant cells, reconstruction of several rooms, with a change in use, on the facilities for the stage of the outbuilding storage rooms at ul. Przędzalniana No. 51, development of plots along with the execution and assembly of the fence at ul. Spinning No. 49, in particular:

1. For multi-apartment buildings at ul. Spinning house No. 49 and No. 51:

1) performance of construction works in the following industries:

a) structural, such as renovation of the roof structure; reconstruction of rooms in the building, etc.,

b) general construction, such as plastering; painting; insulation; Sheet-dekarsko; Tiling; joinery, etc.,

c) installation, like central heating; substation, cold water and hot utility water; sanitary sewage system; electrical and lighting installations, telecommunication and other works resulting from the documentation.

2) Performing conservation renovation works, in particular:

Renovation of brick facade, renovation of external doors, interior doors in premises and hallways, wooden stairs and other resulting from project documentation,

3) changing the way of using part of the ground floors of buildings to studios for artists.

2. For outbuilding of storage rooms at ul. Spinning No. 49:

1) carrying out dampproof insulation of the building,

2) renovation of façade faces,

3) replacement and restoration of window and door joinery,

4) replacement of structure and roofing,

5) exchange of gutter systems,

6) distribution of installations power. supplying external lighting for storage rooms from the inside,

7) connection of external lighting on storage rooms - lamp type B, lantern according to the historic pattern of Jan Heurich, suspended from cantilever,

3. For the outbuilding of storage rooms at ul. Spinning No. 51

1) carrying out dampproof insulation of the building,

2) renovation of façade faces,

3) replacement and restoration of window and door joinery,

4) replacement of structure and roofing,

5) exchange of gutter systems,

6) distribution of installations power. supplying external lighting for storage rooms from the inside,

7) connection of external lighting on storage rooms - lamp type B, lantern according to the historic pattern of Jan Heurich, suspended from cantilever,

8) interior renovation of stage backroom facilities: laying the floor together with its insulation, electrical installation, water and sewage system together with white assembly,

Electric heating, installation of suspended ceilings, implementation of ventilation,

4. The subject of the contract also includes the purchase, delivery and assembly of a total of 31 mailboxes, according to the drawing "Letterbox for priests' mill" in the place indicated by the customer inside the buildings.

5. For the modernization of public spaces of courtyards at ul. Spinning No. 49 and No. 51, in particular:

1) assembly of street furniture,

2) renovation and construction of pedestrian and riding surfaces, maintaining the old layout of pedestrian and riding routes,

3) construction of parking lots,

4) construction of a green surface,

5) construction of low voltage cable line for existing storage rooms, supplying external lighting for storage rooms,

6) connecting external lighting on storage rooms,

7) greenery consisting in planting low and high greenery,

8) execution and assembly of the fence (entrance gate and wicket) of the plot at ul. Spinning 49.
