Statens sivilrettsforvaltning [the Norwegian Civil Affairs Authority] extends an invitation to participate in a competition with negotiations for the procurement of a free-standing Noark 5 core archiving system for the professional system Vera.

The Norwegian Civil Affairs Authority administers Vera, which is the guardianship administration's case management system. The purpose of the procurement is to replace the current archive component in Vera with a free-standing Noark 5 core archive. The case management system uses about 250 case processors at 10 county governor offices and SRF for all case processing in the guardianship field. Approx. 500 000 documents are archived in the system annually. The new free-standing core archive will communicate with Vera via API and is delivered as SaaS. The free-standing core archive cannot be delivered as part of a case/archive system.
