Supply of steel bends for Pipeline Rerouting Helsinki (Patola and Maunula) project in Finland

The main properties of the bends are described below:

— 26 pcs (estimation) DN400 L360, bending radius 8xD

— 5 pcs (estimation) DN100 L290, bending radius 3xD

— connection pipeline: DN400 line pipes L360, OD x wt: 406,4 mm x 7,32 mm, in accordance with EN ISO 3183 Annex M and supplementary Client requirement’s

— connection pipeline: DN100 line pipes L290, OD x wt: 114,3 mm x 3,6 mm, in accordance with EN ISO 3183 Annex M and supplementary Client requirement’s

— design min temp. deg C -10

Services:

— purchasing the bend material and manufacturing bends

— tests and inspections in the factory

— preservation, packing, marking and shipping

— storing at the factory

— documentation and certification

— delivery to the delivery address in Southern Finland (DAP).

Vehicle unloading will be done by the pipeline installation contractor.
