The client wishes to conclude a framework agreement with a contractor for the supply of medical laboratory services including related services and the delivery of SOA home tests including related services. The contractor must provide the requested services at a good quality on the basis of customer-oriented entrepreneurship, flexibility and creativity. It is also important that the contractor, in addition to the role of supplier, also fulfills the role of cooperation partner and initiates proposals for improvement that benefit the quality of the service.

All numbers stated in the schedule of requirements, including appendices, are indicative. The tenderer cannot derive any rights from these numbers with regard to the prices and conditions offered in the tender. This is a framework agreement in which only the numbers actually purchased are settled and where the client has no obligation with regard to certain volumes and purchases.
