This consultation concerns the realization by a private provider of a monitoring and animation mission of a Programmed Home Improvement Operation - Degraded Condominiums (OPAH - cd) concerning 4 condominiums in Nilvange. The purpose of this contract is to set up, monitor and animate the system for a period of 5 years. The scope of the study covers 4 condominiums located in Nilvange. The recovery of these 4 condominiums is both a social and urban issue for the urban community and the city of Nilvange. This scheme will aim to promote the requalification of the existing private park in order to: register these 4 condominiums in a dynamic of urban renewal of the district; improve the quality of the offer and the attractiveness of the neighborhood; maintain the diversity of ownership and occupancy statuses in the sector
