The main service of the contract is as follows:
- Measuring and testing work according to DIN VDE 0105-100

The order includes the following demand services:
- Revision of the floor plan in CAD, the distribution plan in CAD, the overview and the data carriers of the digital documentation
- The fitter assignments for assembly activities according to a separate order of the AG
- Checking distributions outside working hours or Saturdays
- Checking distributions on Sundays or nights

The order includes the following scope of services:
- Inspection of approx. 380 existing main and sub-distributors

The periodic inspection of the electrical installation is carried out on time and professionally as well as at least, in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and in accordance with all valid and relevant laws, regulations, standards, guidelines, etc. as well as the recognized rules of technology.

In connection with the test, the Contractor is obliged to carry out those repair work that is indispensable for restoring the target state, is not already included in the specifications and does not increase the normally expected time required for the test.

The Contractor shall perform the services in such a way that the safety of the systems is maintained. The operational readiness must be maintained during the provision of services, as far as possible. All relevant laws, regulations, in particular accident prevention regulations, standards, guidelines, etc. as well as the recognized rules of technology must be observed. The Contractor shall provide the service with his company. He may transfer parts of the service to subcontractors with the consent of the Client.

The Contractor is obliged to provide or supply all equipment, tools and aids (e.g. measuring and testing equipment), materials and auxiliary materials (e.g. cleaning, sealing, lubricants and corrosion inhibitors) as well as suitable access technology (e.g. work platforms, ladders, steps) and protective equipment, etc. as well as all other aids and substances not explicitly mentioned. Unless otherwise stated, the costs are covered by the unit prices.

The Contractor is obliged to use competent and reliable personnel to perform the contractually agreed services. The staff must have sufficient command of the German language for the provision of the contractual service.

If the Contractor detects or suspects defects or damage that directly endanger the safety of persons or property, he must immediately notify the bodies notified after the award of the contract and, if necessary, arrange for the plant / part of the plant to be shut down. He must confirm verbal notifications in writing.

He must inform the Client in writing of any other defects or damage which do not have to be remedied immediately and the elimination of which is not already part of the Contractor's services.

Inspection documents for high-voltage current are completely available for the property. These include overviews, floor plans and distribution plans from which locations as well as all the usual details can be seen. The documents are provided by the Client only electronically (dxf and pfd).

In principle, the requirement items are only retrieved when required. The Contractor is not entitled to call off these requirement items. The quantity number of demand items in the bill of quantities is only an estimate.
