Object of these deliveries: supplying and preparing medication.

Explanation: subject of these deliveries: supplying and preparing all medication in accordance with the applicable regulations, para-pharmacy and oxygen, to 140 permanent residents of the residential care center and 7 temporary residents in short stay = a total of 147 people. The medication is delivered where possible in Individual Medication Packaging (IMV) per application time. All medication (including ointments, syrups, plasters, [...]) is prepared by the pharmacist / supplier for each application time per resident per day in the provided containers of the medication distribution platform of the De Meander residential care center.

The 147 residents of the De Meander residential care center are spread over 4 nursing units:

- De Oever: 20 residents and 7 people in short stay = a total of 27 people,

- De Stroming, De Kering and De Steiger: 40 residents per department.

The tenderer must pay particular attention to the technical provisions, the points of which are indicated in bold are crucial for the contracting authority. If the specified technical provisions cannot be met, the tender will not be assessed and the tenderer concerned will not be eligible for an assignment of the contract.

For the entire duration of the award, the tenderer is the permanent and only contact person for invoicing to the residential care center, administrative questions and certificate management.
