The invitation to tender relates to the transportation of school, service and welfare services for the City of Kemijärvi under a public transport license or taxi license from 1.8.2019 to 31.7.2021 and an option for 1.8.2021-31.7.2022 and 1.8.2022-31.07.2023. The service description shows the transportation situation for 2018. The journeys and routes to be transported are essentially the same during the contract period, but the number of persons transported and the exact dates of transportation vary somewhat. In the spring of 2019, the municipality of Kemijärvi will compete for taxi transport of service, social and school services. The term of the contract is 1.8.2019–31.07.2021 + two (2) year option to be exercised separately by the City of Kemijärvi.
