The subject of the contract are the successive "Deliveries of diesel oil, unleaded gasoline 95 for Miejskie Zakład Komunikacji Spółka z o.o. in Ostrołęka": — diesel: 1) the expected demand for diesel oil in the period covered by the order is about 2 800 m3 (i.e. approx. 2 / 6 2 800 000 liters, on average in a month about 233 333 liters), — unleaded gasoline 95: 1) the expected demand for unleaded gasoline 95 in the period covered by the order is about 1 200 m3 (or about 1 200 000 liters, on average in a month about 100 000 liters). A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in point 4 of the SWZ.
The subject of the contract are the successive "Deliveries of diesel fuel, unleaded gasoline 95 for Miejskie Zakład Komunikacji Spółka z o.o. in Ostrołęka". I. Diesel 1) The expected demand for diesel for the period covered by the contract is approximately 2 800 m3 (i.e. approximately 2 800 000 litres, an average of approximately 233 333 litres per month). 2) Minimum one-time delivery size – 18 m3 (18,000 liters of diesel fuel). 3) The offered diesel oil must meet the requirements contained in the PN EN 590+A1:2017-06 standard and in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels. 4) In the event of a change in regulations or standards, the fuel offered must comply with the amended regulations and standards. 5) Delivery of transitional and winter diesel oil after placing an order by the Ordering Party in the periods provided for pn-EN 590+A1:2017-06 and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels. II. Unleaded petrol 95 1) The expected demand for unleaded petrol 95 during the contract period is approximately 1 200 m3 (i.e. approximately 1 200 000 litres, with an average of approximately 100 000 litres per month). 2) Minimum one-time delivery volume – 5 m3 (5 000 liters of unleaded gasoline 95). 3) The offered unleaded gasoline 95 must meet the requirements contained in the PN-EN 228+A1:2017-06 standard and in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels. 4) In the event of a change in regulations or standards, the fuel offered must comply with the amended regulations and standards. The Ordering Party reserves that during the performance of the contract, the amount of diesel fuel supplied, unleaded gasoline 95 and the percentage ratio of deliveries may change and this will not be the basis for changing the terms of the contract.
